These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of a license to the AI Security Intelligence & Report Agent software ("the Software"), operated by DeeWHY ("we", "us"). By using this site or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and run the Software on your own infrastructure, as described on our pricing page and governed in full by our End User License Agreement (EULA). The Software itself is downloaded separately from where you obtained this documentation; the purchase unlocks the license key needed to clear the "Unlicensed" status inside the app.

2. Payment processing & merchant of record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for this sale. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, applicable VAT/sales tax, invoicing, and the delivery of your license key by email as part of your purchase receipt. We do not receive or store your card details.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in line with Lemon Squeezy's standard buyer policies at the time of purchase, since they are the merchant of record. Contact us at [support email] if you believe you're entitled to a refund and we will help route the request; we do not guarantee refunds outside of Lemon Squeezy's policies or applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

4. License keys

Your license key is generated and delivered automatically by Lemon Squeezy upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to keep the key associated with your purchase; if you lose access to your receipt email, contact us at [support email] with your order reference.

5. No dedicated support

The Software is provided with documentation only, as set out in the EULA. We are under no obligation to provide technical support, though minor and patch updates within your licensed major version series will be made available via the purchase portal when released.

6. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or resell its content, or to interfere with its normal operation, including the automated assistant widget.

7. Intellectual property

This website, its design, and its written content are owned by DeeWHY unless otherwise noted. The Software is licensed, not sold — see the EULA for the scope of what your purchase includes.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This website and the Software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
